Here is a suggested roadmap for learning basic cyber security fundamentals:
Phase 1: Computing and Networking Fundamentals (2-3 weeks)
1. Introduction to computer hardware and software
2. Operating Systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
3. Networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
4. Understanding of the Internet and World Wide Web
5. Basic network security threats and controls
Phase 2: Security Fundamentals (2-3 weeks)

2. Understanding of threat types (malware, viruses, worms, etc.)
3. Familiarity with security controls (firewalls, access control, etc.)
